Saskatoon, SK., October 8, 2020 – Farmers looking to learn more about new equipment, product innovations, research and agribusiness management can find it all online through www.aginmotion.ca.
Ag in Motion was cancelled in July 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but staff and exhibitors rallied together to create the digital tradeshow, Ag in Motion Discovery Plus, a free event held online July 21 – 25, 2020.
One major advantage of having developed a digital version of the show is that the content now lives outside of real-time. To support farmers year-round, it is now being made available online.
“We’ve made almost all of the Ag in Motion Discovery Plus content available to farmers through our website,” says Rob O’Connor, Ag in Motion Show Director. “It is a great resource farmers can go to when they are looking to learn more about new equipment options, crop technologies and current research.”
As part of the digital event held in July, over 200 presentations were offered, including practical demonstrations of new farm equipment and technology, equipment maintenance, agronomic and research updates, and much more. Much of this content has now been made available digitally.
“Concerns can surface at any time of the year, causing farmers to go looking for a good source of timely information on farm equipment, crop research, or new product technology. The Ag in Motion Discovery Plus content now available at aginmotion.ca will help support them to be successful year-round,” O’Connor concludes.
